These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pixelsunion.com and the games available on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Pixels Union. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to confirm your age before accessing the Games.
Every game offered on the Service is a game of skill. Outcomes are determined entirely by player input — reaction time, timing, and technique — not by chance. The Service does not offer wagering, betting, real-money prizes, or any mechanic where a player risks something of value for a chance to win something of value. Nothing on the Service should be construed as gambling. See our Responsible Play page for more detail.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The Games do not currently require account registration. Any local high scores or progress are stored in your browser only and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.
All game code, art, names, and content on the Service are owned by Pixels Union or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described above.
You agree not to use the Service to harass others, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixels Union will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and applicable United States federal law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
